Rotation Analytics
Clarity from Complexity.
Getting Started
Sign the agreement, submit your rotation, receive findings. Most clients are up and running in under ten minutes.
Immediate Submission
Three steps. No gatekeeping.
When you are ready, you can begin immediately. Accept the service agreement, submit your rotation, and receive documented findings. No discovery call required.
Service Agreement
2 minutes, electronic acceptanceAccept the service agreement electronically. It covers scope, confidentiality, independence, deliverables, and fees. No procurement cycles, no lengthy negotiations. Read it and accept when you are ready.
- Per-rotation pricing with a $225 CAD minimum. No subscriptions or platform fees
- Confidentiality obligations documented in writing
- Independence commitments explicitly stated
- Agreement covers all submissions for 12 months
Rotation Submission
5 minutesSubmit the rotation schedule (Excel or CSV), identify the applicable collective agreement, and elect whether to include fatigue risk analysis. That is all we need to begin.
- Upload the rotation file directly through the secure portal
- Reference the collective agreement and any local conditions
- Elect the optional Fatigue Risk Analysis add-on
- No personally identifiable information is required. Rotations should contain shift times, role identifiers, and rotation structure only
Analysis and Delivery
48–72 hours from confirmed paymentRotation Analytics evaluates the rotation against every applicable provision in the collective agreement. If fatigue analysis is elected, the biomathematical model runs concurrently. Deliverables are released confidentially to the submitting client.
- Annotated rotation schedule with flagged non-conformances
- Executive findings report with risk classifications and citations
- Fatigue risk analysis report with per-line scores and trend data (if elected)
- All deliverables are confidential to the engagement client
No conversation required. Sign the agreement and submit when you are ready.
Immediate Submission
One rotation. Full analysis. No ongoing commitment.
Recurring analysis across your organization.
Submit a rotation you already know well. Compare the findings against your own understanding of the schedule. If the analysis identifies issues you were already aware of, and reveals issues you were not, you have your answer.
One Rotation, One Fee
One fee, one rotation, one deliverable set. No minimum volume, no multi-year contract, no platform subscription.
Full Methodology
Every submission uses the same analysis engine, the same fatigue model, and the same deliverable format. Nothing is simplified or reduced.
Evaluate the Output
Review the deliverables against your own internal analysis or known issues. The findings speak for themselves, and they provide the basis for deciding whether ongoing engagement adds value.
No Ongoing Commitment
A single analysis starting at $225 CAD. Your service agreement remains active for 12 months. Submit additional rotations at any time without re-signing.
Enterprise Engagement
Recurring analysis across your organization.
For organizations with multiple rotations, recurring analysis needs, or complex scheduling environments, we offer integrated engagement structures tailored to volume and scope.
Scoping Conversation
We discuss your scheduling environment, the collective agreements in scope, volume, and what you are looking to achieve.
Custom Agreement
Enterprise engagements are governed by a master service agreement structured around your organization’s volume and requirements.
Ongoing Support
Rotation-over-rotation comparison, pre-implementation review of proposed schedules, and sustained rotational risk monitoring across cycles.

Common Questions
What format does the rotation need to be in?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV. The rotation should include shift start times, end times, and shift type identifiers. A shift legend or key should be included or provided separately. Do not include employee names or any personally identifiable information. Role identifiers and rotation structure are all that is required.
How are findings delivered?
Deliverables are released through authenticated download. The submitting client receives a secure link to access their engagement deliverables. Findings are never shared with any party other than the engagement client.
Can both the union and the employer engage separately?
Yes. Rotation Analytics operates independently and will accept engagements from any party. Each engagement is confidential to the submitting client. If both parties engage on the same rotation, each receives their own independent analysis.
What collective agreements do you support?
All collective agreements are supported. The analysis engine is configured for the specific collective agreement identified at submission. If the agreement is not publicly available, a copy should be submitted alongside the rotation.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
The minimum engagement fee is $225 CAD, which covers rotations up to approximately 640 shifts at the base compliance rate. Most single-rotation analyses fall within this range.
What is the difference between an immediate submission and an enterprise engagement?
An immediate submission is a single-rotation, pay-as-you-go analysis. Accept the service agreement, submit your rotation, and receive findings — no scoping call, no ongoing commitment. Your agreement remains active for 12 months, so you can submit additional rotations at any time without re-signing. An enterprise engagement is for organizations with multiple rotations, recurring analysis needs, or complex scheduling environments. Enterprise engagements begin with a scoping conversation and are governed by a custom master service agreement structured around volume and requirements.
Ready when you are.
